NEWS ➢ Free The First Tree on Epic (PC)

The Epic Store has partnered with game developer & publisher David Wehle to give anyone a free copy of 3rd-person exploration game The First Tree (Windows PC) From April 15 through to April 22, as part of the store’s weekly giveaway event.

The game, a very nice gift otherwise sold $10, can be downloaded for Windows directly from the new Epic store at, From April 15 through to April 22! The game requires at least a 2Ghz or equivalent processor, as well as 1 GB RAM and 500 MB of available disk space, with audio/text in English.

About The First Tree Journey

The First Tree is a very positively reviewed adventure video game developed and published by Daedalic Entertainment. The game’s story sees players taking on the role of Rufus, an inhabitant of the junk planet Deponia, as he attempts to seek a new life on the floating city known as Elysium. However, he soon becomes embroiled with the task of helping an Elysian return to their home and uncovers a plot that threatens his home planet.

Epic’s new game store was recently created to offer an alternative to market leader, Steam, essentially by providing a larger cut of sale revenues to game developers and publishers, and by promising to make cross-platform play a lot easier to implement.
